From Lisbon: Take the A1 / IP1 highway towards Porto until the exit for Viseu / Coimbra at about 200km.
Follow the IP3 until the exit for Spain / Viseu (A25). After the exit for Viseu Sul / Nelas continue ahead towards Viseu.

From Porto: Take the A1 / IP1 highway towards Lisbon and follow for about 50 km until the Aveiro/Viseu exit.
